Mind-blowing location for exploring Oxford or the Cotswolds, with super friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfasts were absolutely jaw-dropping, showcasing locally sourced fresh produce and meats. The rooms were incredibly comfy and the ongoing refurbishment promises even more greatness. Kudos to the fantastic team led by Rob and Naomi, with James making a noticeable difference. GREAT potential for the future, especially since there are regular buses to Oxford and Swindon right outside the property. Don't need a car! Plus, free wi-fi, parking, bar/lounge area, restaurant, flat-screen TV. Non-smoking rooms too.

Had a pleasant Christmas stay with family. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering good recommendations for local activities. The hotel offers on-site parking, which was convenient and stress-free.
The water pressure for the shower was very low, which made it difficult to get a decent shower. The breakfast options were limited, especially if you have dietary restrictions.

Location - stunning, near to St Andrews church, the pub and Swindon. Also, in the Barrington restaurant. Quiet & spotless unit with big bathroom, ample space and great shower. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

We stayed in an annex room which was decent enough, but didn't have any of the advertised amenities. The location is nice, close to some areas for studying and there are restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate.
The room had a bit of a musty smell and the bathroom was quite cramped.
